Carsten reads every read within two working days. If it got something badly wrong, he will tell you.

What you write is sent to Anthropic, in the United States, whose model writes the read. We keep your answers and the read for 90 days so you can come back to them and so we can see whether the diagnostic is any good, then delete both. Ask earlier and we delete them earlier.
